To ensure the stability and safety of the door, our kits come with 2 door stoppers that slide along the rail and tighten down at any point to stop your door exactly where you want, with cushioned rubber caps for a quiet close. Additionally, a T-shaped floor guide is supplied (with anchors) to prevent the door from swinging out or up against the baseboard, and 2 anti-jumpers are included to prevent the door from being lifted off the rail unless they are turned.

When installing our Barn Door Hardware Kits, there are a few considerations to keep in mind. If the studs don't line up with the pre-drilled holes in the rail, or if there is a doorway trim and the "door depth" plus "trim depth" is greater than 2", you will need to use a headboard. Additionally, you will need a minimum of 5" from the top of your door to the ceiling (or crown molding, if any) for the kit to fit correctly.
