When it comes to our products, there are a few key features to highlight:

Floor Guide: This component plays a crucial role in keeping the bottom of the door from swinging out, ensuring a stable and smooth sliding motion.

End Caps: These protective elements prevent the door from touching the rail, allowing the hangers to move smoothly and stably on the rail.

Door Stoppers: Strategically placed, these stoppers prevent the door from rolling off the edge of the rail. Please note that the hanger kit does not include the door stopper.

Regarding the installation, the rail can be cut to size, but we recommend exercising caution and paying attention to the hole and other positions. The minimum distance from the top of the door to the bottom of the table top should be 4-5/8" overhead.

Our hardware is designed to handle a door weight capacity of up to 100 lbs. For doors that are either too thin or too thick, we provide helpful guidance:

For "too thin doors," you may need to cut the screws to fit the door thickness or replace them with shorter ones. For "too thick doors," we suggest two options: 1) Install a headboard first to the wall (into studs), then attach the rail to this headboard, which will provide the extra spacing from the wall, and 2) Drill the back side of the door at a suitable inch for attaching the straps/rollers, or use longer bolts from your local hardware store.

Our mini barn door hardware is made of durable solid carbon steel, with a waterproof and anti-rust black sprayed track surface. The bearing roller slides smoothly and quietly, creating a peaceful and comfortable living space for you.
